FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR
Joshua has been around aviation his whole life, with multiple family members in the field. His father, a current Southwest pilot, and uncle were both pilots in the US Navy. His brother and brother-in-law are private pilots as well. This has helped Joshua develop a strong fascination for aviation.
However, it wasn’t until after graduating college that he decided to pursue a career as a pilot. Joshua graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in Computer Science. After working for a couple of years as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, he made the decision to turn a passion into a career. Joshua earned his Private, Instrument, Commercial, and CFI ratings all through training at Flight Training Professionals.
With a background in programming, Joshua uses his problem-solving skills and attention to detail to provide thorough instruction to meet the needs of a wide variety of future pilots. His perspective as a former student and current instructor at Flight Training Professionals allows him to share his passion for aviation in the most effective way possible.
